This 100% Pinot Noir, or Pinot Nero, is produced in our vineyards in Sicily. Here, unique micro-climate, soft pressing and skillful vinification techniques tame this international varietal, delivering a modern and fruity wine that fully expresses the warm Sicilian terroir.

It features an intense red color with garnet reflections. The bouquet is rich and fruit-forward with hints of blueberry, dried exotic fruits including dates and slightly dried apricot. Pleasantly aromatic, exhibits a velvety tannic texture.

A unique and interesting wine that complements well Italian and international cuisines alike, especially roasts, mixed cheeses assiettes, truffle pasta and savory dishes featuring berry preparations or coulis.
